SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are shipped from our designated warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control. By placing an order, you agree to our shipping terms and acknowledge that delays caused by couriers or unforeseen events are not within our responsibility.

General Policy:

• Orders containing multiple items (more than 3 cartons for 200 and 125ml) (more than 1 carton for 1L) may be shipped separately to reduce damage and expedite delivery. Customers can check through our email for confirmation.

Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after full payment is received and confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days (West Malaysia).

Shipping Fees:

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight. 

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been shipped, you can check your order details containing the tracking number and courier details.
• You may track your order via the courier’s official website.
