Q: Do I have to create an account to place an order?
A: Yes, it is to ensure that we are able to track your order and parcel accurately for any return and refund cases as well.
Q: How can I place order?
A: You can look through our collections and product catalogues, add your selected items into the cart, and proceed to checkout.
You will be redirected to a payment gateway. After placing an order, you will get a confirmation email and shipping updates via email & see your order progress in your account, under "Orders"!

Q: Can I amend or cancel my order after checkout?
A: Unfortunately, orders cannot be amended or cancelled once submitted. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely fulfilment, and changes are not supported once the order is confirmed.
Q: Where do I apply the discount code?
A: Only 1 discount code can be applied per order (unless specified as stackable). Please ensure that the code is successfully applied before completing payment.

Q: Can Farm Fresh ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately, we currently only ship within Malaysia for the time being.
Q: What are your return & refund policy?
A: You may return your parcel within 14 days if found that the product is damaged or have received the wrong product. We will send you a replacement parcel! Do reach out to us via our contact form or any Customer Service Channels to arrange for replacement.
